New Jeep and backyard that is being landscaped
It's Thursday finally.... One more day till the weekend I can't wait. Let's see this week has been busy, we got our new jeep (I'll post pictures tonight), we finally decided on a at home daycare rather than public daycare for Miss Marley, Mom found the christening gown that Jen, Cat and I all wore so that Marley can wear it when she gets dedicated on August 3rd at church. And finally, the landscaping has started at the house. Stephen our landscape guy has been hard at work tearing up the flower beds and the back yard in order to plant some nice trees and plants. You know the ones that I don't have to take care of, they can take care of themselves. Today he was planting the new plants and trees (I'll post a picture of this later as well) around the pool and along the fence. I can just picture it a year or two from now with a pink doll house outside for Marley although Jonas doesn't agree he says she needs a tree house with a swing so she can jump right into the pool. I think NOT!!! Anyways it is starting to look a lot better.... Nothing really going on this weekend we are going to Jackson for my cousins wedding shower which will be fun. Everyone will get to see Marley!

I haven't posted in couple of days... A lot has happened, lets see where to start. On Thursday we went to Jackson to have a checkup with Dr.Blewett (Surgeon) and Dr. Smith(Cardiologist), good news Marley looks better than ever and we don't have to go back till October. She is up to 9 pounds 2 ounces, which is great since we started at 5LBS 4 OZ. Next, we bought a new car a new Jeep it's red and lovely and we finally got Marley a swing. This is definitely the best money I have ever spent, she loves it!!! Jonas' mom and Grandad came over today to see Marley today, it was nice to spend the afternoon with them.

So, Marley is officially 3 months old. I can't believe how fast everything is happening, she is rolling over and holding her head up. We go to Jackson on Thursday for our last checkup with Dr. Blewett and Dr. Smith. I have to say it still gives me the chills to go to the hospital up there, I know that they aren't going to take her from me but it still makes me tense to go there. Tonight we are going to our Baby Dedication class and discuss when Miss. Marley will be dedicated at church, she is going to wear the same Christening Gown that Jennifer, Catherine and I wore. It will be a really special day. I finally got her birth announcements in the mail, I know it's a little late but I looked up the etiquette and they say as long as you send them out before six months then you are still proper. So there!!!!

This is our first post to our family blog....

We just got back from the beach and had a great time, Mom, Catherine, Marley and I left Hattiesburg and headed to Gulf Shores on Saturday. Jonas, Dad, Jen, Drew, Sid, Laura, and Riley joined us on Wednesday. The condo is getting cramped for our expanding family, so next year we are getting a house on the beach. It was great weather only rained first thing in the morning so by the time we got to the beach it was a perfect day. Here are some pictures of Marley at the beach and in the pool. She is showing off her new bikini that Aunt Jen gave her, it is so cute. We had a great time, Dad cooked ribs on the grill on the 4th of July and Saturday he turned 56. Marley loved the pool, it was like a big bath tub she kicked her legs and splashed in the water. Enjoy the pictures!!

Jeremiah 1.5

"Before I formed you in your mother's womb I knew you. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as my spokesman to the world."

Psalm 139:13-14

13 For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother's womb.

14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful,
I know that full well.
